How does it take for a package arrive?

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL (Canada 7-10) Packages are shipped via the US Post Office where they are delivered to destination local Post Service for final delivery. On occassion, packages may be delayed in country Customs as it awaits processing. has no control on how fast the package is process in Customs.

If you have a verified PayPal account, we can ship your order to your PayPal shipping address. Please email the following information to

What do you charge for shipping an order?

Charges are based on weight and type of shipping service selected.

  • Standard International Shipping: @$15 (estimated arrival in 9-14 business days). This estimate is for any item weighing 1 LBS or less. Incremential shipping fees are added based on weight. Packages are shippied via US Post Office then delivered to appropriate country customs office. Final delivery is made by each countries local Postal Service.
  • UPS or FEDEX Shipping @$24-32 (estimated arrival in 3-5 business days). Shipped via Fedex or UPS. This estimate is for any item weighing 1 LBS or less. Incremential shipping fees are added based on weight.



Can I expedite my international order?
We now offer UPS Expediated and Fedex Priority Shipping at checkout! Orders placed before 11:00 am (12 pm EST) will be shipped the same day. Actual deliver time is then determined by final destination country and Customs processing. Processing time may be delayed if payment or address verification is required. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.



How do I track my package?
Standard International: orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You may copy and paste your tracking number into the website provided in the shipment confirmation email to find any tracking in formation available for your package.

Fedex or UPS: When your order ships from our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to the email on your order.



Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility. Please contact your local Customs office for estimate charges.



What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your payment before refund is issued.


How do I exchange my item if it doesn't fit?

  1. Exhanges are welcome with 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds.
  2. To exchange for a different size or color, please email and request and EXCHANGE FORM.
  3. Follow the printed instructions on the EXCHANGE FORM using your local postal carrier.
  4. Use a shipping envelope (polymailer) to lessen your cost of shipping. It is not necessary to place in large box.
  5. Soiled, worn, or laundered clothing will not be accepted for exchange and item will be returned to sender.
  6. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you notice that your replacement item a has been shipped back to you.
  7. Exchanges are processed and shipped with 24-48 hours

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with in small shipping envelope (polymailer) to lessen shipping charges. is not responsible for missing, damaged packages retuned for exchange.
